The Longer I Live ...

Today I was able to be a part of the 2017 Komen Northwest NC Race for the Cure.

The longer I live longer, I meet more women that have faced and are facing breast cancer. It is even more important to me now to have a plan for early detection and to be more diligent to look for the symptoms and signs. I have linked the following sites for more information on how to perform a self-exam, and to schedule your clinical exam and mammogram and how to make a donation.

It was an honor for me to participate with my friends, and to be witness to the Survivors Processional. I love the ladies I was with today. We had a ball.
