A Natural High

I am a huge fan of essential oils. My favorite brand is doterra. doterra produces high quality CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® oils, that are naturally safe and purely effective. I am always searching for combination blends for my diffuser. One of my absolute favorite blends is Citrus Mint. It has a clean scent and reminds you of a sunny afternoon right after a spring shower. It is very relaxing, clears your mind and generally makes you feel wonderful, a natural high.

The Citrus Mint Diffuser Blend is:

2 drops Lemon

2 drops Wild Orange

2 drops Lime

2 drops Grapefruit

3 drops Spearmint

2 drops Peppermint
